| Paintings by Marilyn Batte are on show at the Opera Gallery. At first glance these landscapes appear to be photographs, so meticulous is the artist's realism. A closer examination, however, reveals that they play with perspective, combining the Near and Far, which is the title under which they are exhibited, in a way no ordinary camera lens can. |
